By 2008, a 200million dollar increase in global revenue was recorded (Aral et al., 2018). IT sourcing also enables organizations or firms to obtain information from other parties that are not within their organization. In the past mundane IT was used; however, with the changing markets and growing customer demands and expectations, managers have tried looking for other strategies that can allow collaborations (Aral et al., 2018).
